About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Customer Success, a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of clients within the multifamily housing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer success managers to guarantee that clients fully benefit from the company's software solutions. This includes driving customer success outcomes, such as increasing renewal rates, reducing churn, and improving the Net Promoter Score. The VP will also be tasked with building and leading a remote customer success team, overseeing renewals forecasting, and managing the customer lifecycle to drive continuous process and scale improvement. Applicants for the VP of Customer Success position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the B2B technology industry, with a significant portion of that time spent leading customer-facing organizations in the multifamily housing sector. Experience in running customer success for SaaS businesses, particularly those with substantial revenues, is a key requirement. The role demands a leader with strong influencing and negotiation skills, a proven track record as a change agent, and a passion for solving customer problems. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with an analytical, process-oriented mindset, and will be adept at using data to drive execution and inform strategy. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, and the candidate should demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
