Our client is seeking a part time Director/VP level person with passion in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry interested to create an impact.
Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Director/Vice President of Customer Success. The individual will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, managing accounts and account expansion, and optimising the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in CPG retail and working with enterprise customers
- Willingness to travel to Customer Locations
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Account Management skills
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of AI and Image Recognition technology is a plus
- Should be able to understand product and use cases to help drive adoption, usage, expansion
- Should be able to understand product and use cases to help us expand on scope, scale, revenue
