You will collaborate closely with a team of accomplished professionals (Chief Executive Officer, Chief Growth Officer, consumer research expert, branding expert, business development expert) who share your commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Assume leadership of the post-transaction customer experience, encompassing claims, support, finance, payments, and back-end operations.
• Champion customer satisfaction by effectively managing all post-sale service issues.
• Implement and oversee the CRM and ERP systems to optimize operational efficiency.
• Navigate the regulatory landscape to ensure product approval across all U.S. states.
• Develop a dynamic pricing strategy informed by data and analytics, with a vision for future household-level customization.
• Oversee product fulfillment, transitioning from third-party administrators to an in-house model (you will contribute to the strategic roadmap).
• Manage customer billing and collaborate seamlessly with the Three Ships finance team.

Essential Qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant full-time work experience in an operational role within consulting, finance, or tech.
• Proven success in launching new products, services, or P&Ls.
• Experience thriving in a startup or high-growth environment where ambiguity is commonplace.
• Strong quantitative skills with demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Financial acumen acquired through formal education (degree) or experience (investment banking, consulting, growth company finance).
• Resilience and adaptability to navigate the challenges inherent in building a new business from the ground up.
• A structured and analytical approach to problem-solving, effectively navigating complex situations.
• Resourcefulness and a proactive "get things done" attitude.
• Exceptional communication skills to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
• A natural project manager with superior organization and multitasking abilities.
