Vice President of Financial Strategy and Insights

About The Opportunity

Join a dynamic Strategic Finance team focused on making a significant impact within the organization. This role involves managing the full Profit and Loss (P&L) and sales expenses while providing essential strategic insights and analysis to support business growth. You will play a critical role in forecasting and managing topline and margin, acting as a trusted financial advisor to various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of financial expertise, business acumen, and a strong sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning and Forecasting: Oversee comprehensive financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for the P&L.
• Leadership and Communication: Lead monthly forecast meetings with sales, delivery, and regional leaders; present business results, financial drivers, and strategic priorities to the team.
• Strategic Analysis: Collaborate with the finance team to conduct analyses and develop insights that guide key business decisions.
• Budget and Planning: Manage the annual budgeting process and support quarterly business reviews and long-term strategic planning efforts.
• Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate completion of all monthly and quarterly reporting requirements for business, finance, and corporate forecasting and planning.
• Team Management: Oversee finance analysts assisting various segments of the finance organization.
• Cross-Functional Support: Provide support and exert influence across cross-functional teams at multiple management levels.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis, sales finance, or services finance, especially in the technology or SaaS sectors.
• Performance Record: Proven track record of exceptional performance in professional and educational contexts.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to understand business needs and convert them into actionable solutions.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with senior-level stakeholders.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Energy and Adaptability: High energy with a focus on working effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and the capability to manage heavy workloads.
• Influence: Skilled in presenting and clearly communicating complex data analysis.
  
  

Compensation And Benefits

Competitive base salary ranging from \(155,600 to \)272,400, with additional equity (if applicable), variable compensation, and benefits. The base salary serves as a guideline, and total compensation will vary based on qualifications, skill level, and location.
