Vice President of Franchise Support

Blue Rock Search has partnered with a leading Education Franchisor to identify their next Vice President of Franchise Support. They are seeking an energetic, innovative, results driven Franchise Operations leader. Tasked with driving growth and financial success for franchisees systemwide, this role will lead a team that will develop and drive innovative ideas and strategies towards improving customer experience and the brands growth. The primary responsibility of the VP will be to drive franchisee success through effective execution of center standards and operating initiatives as well as to ensure that all brand standards and procedures are consistently being improved to deliver revenue growth and systemwide efficiency.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement, manage, and evaluate operational processes and procedures, in accordance with standards and procedures set out by the franchise system.
  • While providing excellent ongoing support to existing franchisees through a dedicated Field Support Team, produce new and innovative approaches to operations and customer experience that will maximize the brand to the highest service potential and ultimately fuel increased profitability.
  • Lead development of strategies and implementation plans to improve and manage compliance of all aspects of franchise system operations.
  • Along with senior leadership and the input and efforts of the team you oversee, evaluate and design improvements, where necessary, for franchise system operations and development.
  • Promote a team environment by fostering respect, providing coaching and feedback to team members, recognizing achievements, resolving employee concerns, and communicating effectively.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Must have 10+ years of leadership experience in a franchised, multi-unit environment.
  • Must be able to articulate specific contributions that have directly resulted in financial success/growth for the brand evidenced by P&L or Business KPI achievement.
  • Must have a strong ability to organize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a track record of successful high growth environments with the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
  • Must have a passion for results – set compelling targets and deliver on commitments.
  • Must be motivated by driving success and operational excellence through others.
  • Must have advanced skills in financial analysis, project management, and effectively communicating to a system, and individual franchisees via in person meeting, email, memorandums, video conferencing and training videos.
