Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Culture

Description

Are you an experienced HR leader with a passion for shaping organizational culture and driving strategic initiatives? This role involves collaborating closely with the Senior Vice President & Business Unit President, as well as other key leaders, to align HR strategies with business goals. You will be a vital member of the Human Resources Leadership Team and report to the Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational success.
  • Leadership Development: Mentor and guide HR teams to ensure alignment with company goals and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Change Management: Lead efforts to manage organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a strong, diverse workforce.
  • Employee Engagement: Promote a positive work environment by implementing programs that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations while promoting industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role with a track record of success in strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead change initiatives.
  • Advanced knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
