The Vice President of Interactive Marketing serves as the marketing leader for our wholly-owned interactive division (theScore and PENN Interactive). This individual will develop and lead brand positioning, promotional strategy, and guest acquisition and retention initiatives for the online division in collaboaration with corporate partners. This position is remote (within the United States) and requires icasino experience.
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Manage marketing strategy for PENN’s interactive products including the Score, The Score BET, ESPN BET, Hollywoodcasino.com and PENN Play social casino, including user acquisition, CRM, activation, cross-sell, brand development, affiliate, and new channels.
- Oversee marketing and partnership activities with PENN corporate marketing, external partners, PENN interactive marketing and operations.
- Oversee promotional strategy and activities to drive acquisition and retention across the various interactive products.
- Responsible for developing the annual strategic marketing plans for interactive products.
- Partner with insights, product and trading teams to ensure the voice of the customer is represented.
- Collaborate with ESPN and corporate marketing to advance the ESPN BET brand.
- Responsible for growing new customer base and developing loyalty among interactive consumers.
- Partner with PENN marketing to ensure PENN Play loyalty program is best positioned to offer meaningful rewards and benefits for the interactive consumer.
- Responsible for the overall integrity of daily operations, offers and customer database information.
- Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to Executive Management.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
- Other duties as required.

- An MBA, or equivalent, with a background in marketing, icasino and sports betting.
- 8+ years of casino, icasino and sports betting marketing experience.
- 5+ years of direct management experience with demonstrated success leading and motivating teams as well as managing cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships at the C-level and manage complex cross- functional initiatives with minimal direction.
- Strong understanding of revenue and profit metrics and marketing KPIs.
- Solution-focused based on business needs; willingness to develop alternatives.
- Ability to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to help your team win.
- Must be a self-starter, a team player and driven.
- Ability to execute against defined objectives both tactically and strategically.
