Vice President of PreConstruction

Continental Properties is looking for a Vice President of PreConstruction to join our Construction team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI.

As our Vice President of PreConstruction, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our projects. You’ll lead preconstruction activities to ensure our projects are set up for success from the start. Your strategic oversight will not only address macroeconomic factors but also drive innovation, ensuring we exceed our customers' expectations. Essential Responsibilities:

• Build and mentor a high-performing team, creating a collaborative and innovative environment where everyone thrives.
• Oversee the entire preconstruction process, from budgeting and scheduling to risk analysis, ensuring every project is primed for success.
• Continuously assess and improve systems, tools, and processes to elevate the quality and efficiency of our work.
• Work closely with other departments to streamline operations, remove obstacles, and drive collective success.
• Possess a strong understanding of construction costs and a comprehensive knowledge of the requirements to successfully building multifamily communities
• Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our strategies are competitive and forward-thinking

• 12+ years in project management, construction, or real estate development, with a proven track record of leading successful teams.
