The Vice President of Revenue, Food & Beverage must have strong food & beverage related business acumen as well as sales and marketing skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies that elevate the company’s culinary offerings, drive profitable revenue, and enhance guest satisfaction. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving the growth and strategic direction for the Food and Beverage Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred and a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within high-volume casual, quick-serve or related dining establishments.
With approximately 350 entertainment destinations spanning North America, our portfolio includes renowned brands like Bowlero, Lucky Strike, AMF, and the Professional Bowlers Association (PBA). The approximate pay range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

- Maximize the financial performance of the department and monitor and improve internal sales KPI’s.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Training, and Operations, to drive the F&B vision forward.
- Identify emerging market trends, industry disruptions, and competitive landscape changes to capitalize on new opportunities.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology, data analytics, and consumer insights to make informed decisions and drive innovation in F&B offerings.
- Boots-on-the-ground involvement at each property to assess operational performance , providing mentorship, direction and support.
- As we continue to scale, VP will be laser-focused on strategic planning, initiative management and special project execution.
- Drive top-line revenue through evolution and refinement of offerings that resonate with target audiences and enhance guest experiences.
- Alongside the Chief Operating Officer, take full ownership of financial success across all properties by developing and executing revenue-driving marketing campaigns, setting and achieving Food & Beverage revenue goals, and implementing cost-effective strategies.
