Requirements
- 5+ years of Sales Leadership experience
- Must have 7+ years CDMO experience (working within a CDMO)
- Strong small molecule experience
- Proven track record of delivering/exceeding sales targets
- Experience leading, building, and growing sales teams
- Minimum of a Master’s or PhD in relevant life science field
