Are you a SaaS sales leader with significant experience leading teams selling to enterprise CPG brands?
An innovative retail analytics and planning software startup is seeking a highly motivated VP Enterprise Sales to join & lead their growing team in the US.
They already have ~200 customers including the likes of KraftHeinz, Unilever, Tyson, Danone & Coca Cola.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach the enterprise team in Identifying, targeting, and closing new business opportunities with the top 200 CPG brands
- Manage and grow the existing enterprise team of 4 - 5 reps
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed revenue targets.
- Strategically manage cross-selling and up-selling into existing strategic accounts to grow their revenue footprint
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
Key Qualifications:
- Must have Proven success in selling to the CPG industry, with a deep understanding of industry challenges and referenceable examples of logos closed.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ideally experience in a startup environment, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Package:
- Compensation of circa $300 - 350k OTE
