Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design and management of compensation and benefits programs that are both attractive to top talent and effective in retaining high-performing staff. This role is pivotal in constructing a rewards program that resonates with our organizational culture and strategic goals.

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive compensation and benefits policies and initiatives.
  • Ensure that all reward programs are aligned with organizational objectives and comply with legal standards.
  • Analyze industry trends to propose adjustments that maintain the competitiveness of our programs.
  • Manage compensation processes, including job evaluations, salary structure development, and incentive planning.
  • Oversee our benefits offerings, which encompass health and welfare, retirement plans, and work-life balance initiatives.
  • Liaise with external service providers to enhance program delivery.
  • Ensure that departmental and project goals are achieved within designated budgets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; a graduate degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation management, with a robust understanding of related principles.
  • At least 2 years of experience in executive compensation and various employee benefit programs.
  • Professional HR certification (such as PHR, SPHR, or Total Rewards Specialty) is advantageous.
  • Competency in benefits administration software, compensation management tools, and HRIS systems.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance regulations.
  • Familiarity with benefits and compensation program design, vendor management, and budgeting is preferred.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate successfully.
  • Experience in presenting complex data to executives and boards.
  • Ability to remain responsive and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Compensation Details

A competitive salary and performance-based bonuses are offered, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be aligned with experience and skill level and may differ from the salary range initially provided.
