Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a deep understanding of the FinTech and payment ecosystem. The ideal candidate possesses strategic thinking, business development acumen, problem-solving capabilities, and exceptional relationship management skills.


Summary:  

Must speak fintech. As a Payments VP of Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance our payment ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in expanding and optimizing our network of Bank partners, fostering collaborative relationships, issue resolution, compliance and risk management and delivering value-added solutions to our customers. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, business development acumen, problem solving capabilities and relationship management skills to drive growth and innovation in the payments industry. Lead a team of Client success managers to assist in the growth and maintenance of existing clients as well and interface with new clients.

Objectives of the Role: As the Payments VP of Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance our payment ecosystem. Your primary objectives include expanding and optimizing our network of bank partners, fostering collaborative relationships, ensuring compliance and risk management, and delivering value-added solutions to our customers.


Job Requirements:

  • FinTech Expertise: A strong background in the FinTech industry, particularly within the payment ecosystem, is essential.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships with key financial institutions and relevant partners. Responsible for optimizing and streamlining processes to achieve operational goals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact to achieve mutual business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with i-payout’s business goals, driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with partners, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for payment partners, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in payments, financial services, or related industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Leadership experience, including managing teams.
