POSITION OVERVIEW

The Vice President, Partnerships and Client Strategy position is a pivotal role in our physician-driven healthcare organization, reporting directly to the CEO. This position spearheads the expansion of MyCare's concierge medicine practice, champions our patient-centric model, leads physician recruitment and acquisition efforts for our concierge care division, and represents MyCare's mission to partners.


SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the strategic growth and market expansion of MyCare's concierge medicine practice.
  • Recruit and acquire new physicians specifically for the concierge care model, building a strong network of healthcare providers within this specialized area.
  • Build and grow patient panels for recruited concierge care physicians.
  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for the concierge medicine community.
  • Collaborate closely with the M&A team to identify, evaluate, and execute physician practice acquisitions that align with our concierge care business model.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and operations, while serving as a key representative to articulate our concierge care mission to partners and industry groups.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform and guide business development decisions within the concierge medicine sphere.
  • Manage the operational aspects of the concierge medicine initiative.


QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal Vice President, Partnerships and Client Strategy would possess the following attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy and business development.
  • Background in concierge medicine with successful track record of acquiring physician practices and building patient panels.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance in the concierge medicine space
  • Ability to balance development and marketing responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ambitious professional with significant growth potential and long-term commitment to driving business expansion.
