KORE Wireless is the de facto leader in the Internet of Things space. We are seeking an exceptional Product Management leader to drive the future of IoT. This ideal candidate is an experienced product leader obsessed with making customers and their teams successful. We seek an innovative Product leader with a track record of driving capabilities from concept to successful delivery at a global scale. This person will lead a team of experienced Product Managers and guide them through product planning, road mapping, prioritization, pricing and packaging and building technical partnerships.


The highly cross-functional role requires a candidate who enjoys navigating decision making across multiple teams by driving alignment with executive collaborators and stakeholders across time zones and thinking globally.


Essential Functions

  • Lead a world class Product team by recruiting, coaching, and retaining great product managers and product owners, managing on-going performance, and facilitating their career growth.
  • Work with the executive team to assess the current product portfolio and set the vision, strategy, and execution plan over the next 3+ years with metrics to measure success.
  • Understand the current customers and the problems the company can uniquely solve with the next generation of capabilities across our entire IoT product portfolio.
  • Derive customer intelligence from the platform from usage metrics and customer feedback to influence improvements and valuable additions to the service throughout the user journey.
  • Work with Engineering on ROI analysis to drive investment and operational cost optimizations while improving performance, security, user experience and adoption.
  • Work closely with the CRO organization to enable revenue growth – both through KORE’s global sales team and via product led growth.
  • Keep a constant eye on the competition and related industries to understand trends and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Reporting into the CPO, you will serve as a key member of the leadership team providing insights into the overall product strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across product, marketing, sales, compliance, legal, partnerships and finance to direct planning and execution across all products.
  • Ask the hard questions, be able to determine “what” to build, and explain “why” in terms that stakeholders understand based on analysis, data, and business objectives.
  • Establish clear expectations and achievement milestones for your team while providing input to Executive Staff on strategic objectives to ensure the Company's profitability and success.
  • Represent KORE and the product portfolio to the market including industry events, marketing initiatives and directly with customers.


Qualifications

  • Ten (10+) years of relevant product management and team leadership experience preferably in B2B Cloud/SaaS/Telecom/Networking technology products and/or related areas.
  • Five (5+) years of working in an Agile, continuous delivery model for a B2B Cloud/SaaS product offering proven methodology and best practices.
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
  • Experience in applying user centric design principles to develop software.
  • Proven track record of launching software applications at targeted markets globally.
