Location: The role will be located in our Tampa, FL headquarters.

About the Role: As the Vice President of Sales for our Restaurant Division, you will be a key leader in our organization. The VP of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships in the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership, delivering on sales quotas, motivating sales teams, creating a strategic vision, and operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You need to understand SMB sales and Restaurants. This role will have a combination of base, commission and equity.

In This Role, You Will

  • Own: You will own the sales targets for the restaurant business unit. You will take ownership of and build a sales strategy that maximizes revenue growth potential in partnership with the product organization and restaurant leadership team. You will directly manage high-profile customer accounts and strategic partnerships.
  • Define: Clearly define and articulate sales strategies, compensation plans and quota targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
  • Develop: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, sales execution and delivery. You will work with sales operations and product marketing to develop a comprehensive sales training program for new and existing employees.
  • Deliver: Execute sales plans that drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and contribute to the company's overall growth targets.
  • Communicate: Establish effective communication channels with internal teams, customers and partners, ensuring alignment on sales initiatives.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

  • 10+ years of sales experience in the restaurant technology industry, preferably with exposure to POS systems along with payments.
  • 7+ years of sales management experience, with the ability to recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies, plans, and forecasts to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Strong knowledge of the restaurant industry trends, challenges, and opportunities, with the ability to articulate Mad Mobile's value proposition and competitive differentiation.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills specific to sales and revenue growth.
  • A track record of driving sales operations and exceeding revenue targets.

You May Be a Good Fit If You Have

  • Experience growing and Leading High-Volume Sales Teams: This isn’t your first rodeo. You’ve built and run large, high-volume sales teams with a history of excellence. You have implemented the systems, processes and training frameworks needed to grow and operate a high-performing sales organization.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and other technologies that support the sales function.
