Job Description:

Position Overview

The primary responsibility of the Videographer/Producer/Editor is to create, produce, and edit video content to tell compelling visual gaming stories. This role supports broadcast, game development and operations, partnerships, and sales and marketing and is a critical member of the Broadcast Production team.

This is a full-time position based in Las Vegas and requires daily on-site attendance at our broadcast studio facility.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with Company and departmental policies, practices, and procedures. All Company Team Members are expected to conduct and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times. Team Members are required to observe the Company’s standards, work requirements and rules of conduct.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality video content for business needs by conceptualizing, shooting, and editing footage to deliver a visually appealing and engaging final product.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments and the Senior Digital Broadcast Producer to produce video projects. This will typically involve one or more of the following: gathering creative requirements, participating in brainstorming meetings, reviewing and/or writing scripts, creating shot lists, setting up and directing shoots, post-production (editing, overseeing sound design, revisions based on feedback), and final delivery.
  • Use Adobe and/or other editing software to edit and prep footage for compositing and VFX work.
  • Use industry-standard motion graphics software and tools such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and plugin packages like Red Giant to finalize productions.
  • Create and add visually captivating and dynamic animations, graphics, and visual effects to edited video productions.
  • Design and create original graphics, icons, typography, and other elements used in the edited video. Must ensure proper timing, synchronization, and visual coherence with all other looks established by our product design and company style guides.
  • Organize and manage video assets in an easily retrievable manner on the internal shared storage system.
  • Collaborate with internal and external content development partners, including other motion graphics designers, video editors, and content producers, to develop creative and compelling storylines and meet project objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines, and prioritizing tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content.
  • Stay up to date with the latest video editing techniques, software, AI advancements and industry trends to continually enhance overall production quality and efficiency.
  • Perform job duties in a safe manner.
  • Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Business, Marketing or other applicable field OR equivalent education and experience.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy.
  • 3+ years of experience directing Field shoots. Includes creating shot lists and directing on camera talent.
  • 3+ years of experience setting up cameras and lighting equipment for field shoots. Includes knowledge of lighting and shooting with green screens.
  • 3+ years of experience in video editing.
  • Proficiency in motion graphics and editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Premiere.
  • Working knowledge of other design, editing, and audio software and plugins, including Red Giant Plugin Suite, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, Frame I.O, and Encoder.
  • Demonstrated experience in translating brand direction into video and motion graphics, building strong relationships, and flexibly working within a rapidly changing environment.
  • Deep understanding of audio design, transitions, color grading, and what effects work can be done in the editing platform.
  • A creative and forward-thinking approach.
  • Strong time and resource management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management, other Team Members and outside contacts of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
  • Bonus Points: Experience with live broadcast production/livestreams and equipment including vMix.


Physical Requirements

Must be able to:

  • Physically access assigned workspace areas with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, and dust.
  • Utilize laptop and standard keyboard to perform essential functions of the job.
