We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our client's team!
The ideal candidate is a master of sound design, has an eye for impactful visuals, and stays ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving world of short-form digital and social media storytelling. If you have a passion for crafting dynamic stories through footage editing and motion graphics, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities:
Execute projects based on individual requirements and storyboards.
Animate and/or edit provided photography and video footage to create engaging content.
Manage multiple projects independently, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Make timely decisions to keep projects on track.
Assist in the creation of presentation boards and other materials for senior management and client presentations.
Stay up to date with the latest industry, style, and graphic trends, including advancements in technology.
Qualifications:
Experience level: Experienced
Education: Bachelors
3-5 years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Deep knowledge of industry trends, styles, and graphic design, including up-to-date systems technology.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and take direction effectively.
Quick learner with a desire to continuously improve and adapt.
Ability to establish rapport with peers and collaborate effectively.
Flexible and open to change, with an action-oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills, capable of providing clear direction to internal and external resources.
Effective presentation skills with the ability to convey ideas to stakeholders.
Proficiency in MAC computer programs, including:
Photoshop
After Effects
Final Cut Pro
Premiere Pro
Media Composer
