We are currently looking for a Video Producer to add to our dynamic team.

What You’ll Do:

• Film high-quality video and photo assets for marketing and branded content campaigns
• Collaborate with the Video Lead and Branded Content team to create innovative and compelling video content to drive engagement with our portfolio of shopping brands and merchant partners
• Edit videos and photos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects
• Organize and manage video and photo assets, maintaining video equipment, lighting, lenses and studio assets
• Ensure that all video and photo content meets the brand’s quality standards
• Identify best practices for video and evolve daily operations as necessary; maintain brand identity within video product suite
• Oversee video collection to ensure all media is archived appropriately and can be readily obtained
• Familiarity with green screens, lighting, and video sets is a must. Experience with script writing is a plus.
• Comfortability in front of camera or as on set talent is a plus
• Assemble raw footage and transfer to computer and cloud services
  
  

Who You Are:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience (must include experience in a video production environment)
• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
• A strong understanding of camera operation, composition, lighting techniques, and framing is essential. This includes proficiency in using various types of cameras and equipment to capture high-quality video footage.
• Experience with Blackmagic and Nikon cameras, as well as standard audio recording technology like Zoom recorders and RODE mics.
• Experience managing freelance video production support, as needed
• Knowledge of shooting and editing videos
• Demonstrated skill with video editing software platforms, specifically proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with live streaming and/or social media platforms is a plus
• Experience creating animation/motion graphics templates in After Effects is a plus
• Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing needs
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Ability to operate and carry camera equipment (up to 25 lbs)
