We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Camera and Audio Production Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing high-quality video and audio production, with a focus on creating engaging content that meets our cinematic vision and quality standards. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and creative vision, as well as the ability to manage post-production tasks efficiently.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Episode Recording:** Record 2-hour episodes on a weekly basis, ensuring all audio and visual elements are captured at the highest quality.

- **Production Management:** Dedicate 5-6 hours per week to oversee all production aspects, including setting up and managing microphones, cameras, and lighting.

- **Editing:** Complete editing tasks within one week, focusing on color correction, audio enhancement, and the creation of cinematic visual effects.

- **Post-Production:**

- Manage post-production processes, including editing behind-the-scenes footage, photos, and creating reels chopped to post.

- Develop and implement effective video production strategies to ensure content aligns with our brand's cinematic vision.

- Ensure all produced content meets a minimum quality standard of 4K resolution or better.


**Skills and Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in video and audio editing software.

- Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio setup.

- Experience in color correction and post-production workflows.

- Ability to produce high-quality 4K content.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Creativity and a strong eye for detail in visual storytelling.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and content posting schedules.
