This role offers a fantastic 1099 business opportunity to create bespoke travel experiences aboard luxury trains, offering clients unparalleled luxury and comfort across breathtaking landscapes. Full training is provided, and you have the flexibility to work full-time or part-time.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Understand the discerning preferences and desires of luxury travelers seeking unique rail journeys
Customized Itinerary Planning: Craft bespoke travel itineraries that highlight the luxury and charm of rail travel, including accommodations, dining, excursions, and exclusive experiences
Destination Expertise: Provide expert knowledge on luxury train routes, destinations, and cultural experiences
Booking and Coordination: Handle all aspects of travel booking and coordination, ensuring seamless and luxurious journeys for clients
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and travel experience, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
Post-Travel Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with clients post-journey to gather feedback and facilitate future travel arrangements
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in luxury travel planning, particularly with luxury train journeys, is preferred
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide meticulous attention to detail
Knowledge: Familiarity with luxury travel trends, destinations, and luxury train operators worldwide
Independence: Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Technology: Proficiency in travel booking systems and software
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a laptop or desktop computer, smartphone, and reliable internet access
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, ensuring every aspect of the journey meets luxury standards
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
Passion for luxury travel and creating extraordinary experiences for discerning clients
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
