Your Role
WMG’s User Experience Team is looking for a Visual Designer who will support our team in the production of prototypes, design system components, visual designs and cutting-edge experiences across our entire product stack: from dtc apps to internal software systems. Visual Designers at WMG thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record of simplifying the complex. Your primary focus will be on creating designs that are not only functional but also especially delightful to use.

Learn from other world-class designers, who will provide guidance and support as you execute design projects.
Collaborate closely with other designers, product managers, engineers, researchers and writers to integrate user insights, opportunities and requirements into the product development processes.
Ensure that design solutions meet accessibility standards and guidelines for an inclusive user experience.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product design and user experience.
Help shape the culture, engagement and processes of the WMG User Experience team and larger Technology Organization in this time of growth and change.
Learn from and collaborate with folks from across the music and tech industry to grow your career and industry knowledge.
About You
At least 2 years of proven experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing how you’ve designed, delivered and optimized intuitive and impactful experiences.
You can work independently or on a team and constantly strive to raise the design bar.
Strong proficiency in Figma and knowledge of other major design and prototyping and animation tools.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines. You welcome feedback, are a good listener and value a wide range of opinions and perspectives.

$112,000 - $135,000 semi monthly
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
