The New York store extends LVR’s history of innovation by embracing modern retail concepts while retaining elements of exclusivity & discretion for the elite clientele that it will service.
Job Summary
The Visual Merchandising Manager will act as a proactive force leveraging visual merchandising as a way to drive sales. You will be responsible for driving consistency, quality, and sophistication of the visual merchandising implementation on all product categories within the store. The role will include managing all aspects of store zoning and weekly rotations in collaboration with HQ and the store team, ensuring key products are selected and well displayed to maximize business opportunities, leading window product changes and installations including coordination with HQ and local suppliers, collaborating with store team on business events (sales trends, new launches, new collections, special events) and training the team on visual merchandising topics.
Responsibilities
The base compensation range for this position is $70,000. Health benefits and 401K are included as well. Operations management positions are eligible for bonus and sales incentives. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience

Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and vision for the Windows, Displays, and floor rotations, driving innovation and excellence in organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and HQ to develop long-term strategies and goals for enhancing the retail environment and customer experience.
- Leverage advanced proficiency in Adobe Suites, AutoCAD, or similar software to develop and execute creative concepts for window displays, installations and floor rotations.
- Bring experience in retail store planning and within the fashion and/or luxury sector.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of retail trends, customer behavior, and brand positioning to create impactful and immersive experiences that drive foot traffic and sales.
- Foster collaboration and alignment across departments, including Marketing, Operations, and Retail to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Oversee vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations, holding partners accountable for meeting project deliverables and quality standards.
- Develop and manage budgets, tracking expenses and expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness and fiscal responsibility.
- Lead, coach, and mentor team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Provide guidance and support to team members, empowering them to achieve their full potential and contribute to departmental success.
- Bachelor's degree in Planning, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
- 5 + years of progressive experience in retail visual merchandising, multi-brand a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suites, AutoCAD, or similar software.
- Experience in retail store planning within the fashion and/or luxury sector is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successful project management, including budget oversight, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
