Visualization Specialist

Job Description: The Visualization Specialist is responsible for creating and compiling visualized images through collaboration with merchandising team members and software developers. Visualization Specialists work with large amounts of product images, editing and compiling them to visually represent customized products for customers. This role plays a crucial part in ensure our visualization exceeds expectations and supports growing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality visual content using Photoshop and other design tools to support merchandising requirements
• Collaborate with the Catalog Data, Merchandising, User Experience, Development, and Supplier teams to understand project and technical requirements to deliver visually appealing solutions.
• Master our proprietary layered visualization tool, identifying opportunities for optimization
• Design graphics, icons, infographics, and other visual assets that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Enhance photographs and images to improve overall quality and aesthetic appeal.
• Develop visual concepts and mockups for merchandising materials.
• Stay updated on customer feedback and best practices to continuously enhance design quality and efficiency
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2 years) as a Photoshop/Visualization Specialist or similar role.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with rapid prototyping and visualization
• Solid understanding of design principles, iconography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office programs
