Position Overview
The VP, Brand Strategy will play a leading role on brand assignments and new business opportunities. They will be the driver of strategic and communications development, collaborating effectively across stakeholders. They will be a key client-facing representative for the agency and the Brand Strategy function. Specifically, the associate will be responsible for:
The ideal VP, Brand Strategy will possess 5-8+ years of strategic brand planning experience. They will exhibit strong analytic, communications and problem-solving skills. They can both lead and collaborate effectively. They will have a track-record of driving and inspiring sound strategy. They make connections and help others to see clearly in complex situations. They are consummate partners across the agency as well as with clients. They value helping others to develop solutions just as much as developing the solution themselves. They are seen as a leader within the agency and model strong behaviors and skills for developing strategists.
Salary range: $145,000 - $200,000
The salary range provided represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at BGB Group.

- Ensures that customer, category, and cultural dynamics are effectively pulled through all agency projects
- Navigate brands and teams through key strategic processes and projects across the brand and communications spectrum
- Further the BGB promise of science & creativity through recommendations and deliverables
- Serve as a resident “expert” for planning and developing strategy and communications
- Lead the planning and execution of strategic client engagements
