Job Description

Klick Health is in pursuit of a Client Service Lead for our client services team. This seasoned professional will be spearheading a team of client service experts, as well as orchestrating the management of a diverse portfolio of accounts and brands.

In this elevated role, you will be at the helm of cultivating and nurturing senior-level client relationships. Demonstrating a knack for identifying untapped client opportunities and offering strategic counsel, you will be responsible for fostering the organic growth of these accounts. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring our continued excellence in client service and strategic partnerships.

Management and Execution:

  • P&L responsibility for assigned clients
  • Responsible for discovering and managing opportunity and/or risk related to portfolio
  • Manage and work to exceed client expectations
  • Act as the client ambassador within Klick.
  • Monitor project execution to ensure success and that projects comply with regulatory requirements
  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering programs across multiple channels and managing opportunities and risks across the portfolio.
  • Understand the industry vertical, regulatory and political environments, and industry pressures -
  • Relentlessly develop roadmaps for clients to identify and leverage ongoing opportunities for their success
  • Articulate client’s brand vision and objectives to the team to design initiatives to drive client’s business forward - Work with the other client vendor partners for mutual success
  • Ensure all communications reflect the Klick Health standards and assist in developing a positive client experience
  • Understand client’s business, industry, competitors, key drivers, environment, etc.
  • Relentlessly work to identify opportunities to bring value to our client’s businesses
  • Articulate client’s brand objectives and ensure they are incorporated into recommendations
  • Lead the development of the account plan for each client
  • Strong presentation and communication skills is a must
  • An understanding of marketing communications and regulations of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry in the US


Experience:

  • 12+ years client services experience in the advertising industry
  • 5+ Years pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising experience
  • Comfortable managing 12-15M+ in scope of business
  • Oncology experience is a must
  • Experience overseeing clients and brands or managing one large piece of business
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior level clients
  • Proven ability to grow client business
  • Ability to manage, nurture, and grow a team of client service professionals
  • Ability to identify business changes in order to allocate resources effectively.
  • Identifying client business objectives and account planning
  • Setup, lead, and run client meetings, provide follow-up and recap notes
  • Strong financial acumen, forecasting, and budget planning
  • In partnership with Project Management, review and create scopes of work
  • Client Feedback: Gaining clarity on changes/markups and communicating back to internal teams effectively.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills are a must
  • An understanding of marketing communications and regulations of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry in the US
  • Comfort and enthusiasm for integrating AI into your work
  • University degree required, MBA preferred


Position Requirements:

  • Travel: As need travel to client, mainly in the US and Canada
  • Valid passport is required
  • Hybrid work environment, two days a week in the office required
