As a VP, Marketing oversee Product Marketing and Base Management for T-Mobile for Business, you will play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious growth targets over the next three years.

The VP, Marketing will collaborate closely with product and sales leaders to bring groundbreaking initiatives to market. Your deep understanding of the business-to-business market and T-Mobile for Business products will enable you to define and deliver compelling positioning, messaging, and content. These efforts will engage our customers and empower our sales channels to drive growth.

This leader will support a team of executive leaders, coordinating the intersection of product, promotions, pricing, and distribution to drive revenue streams and meet quarterly growth targets. The VP will also oversee the financial performance of all products, customer segments, eCommerce, and distribution channels, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met or exceeded.

  • Product Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and growth targets.
  • Matrix Management: Manage all aspects of driving marketing functions to hit TBG QGP goals.
  • Budget and Forecast Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support strategic initiatives and operational needs.
  • Market Penetration: Lead the creation and implementation of product marketing strategies that drive market penetration, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, increasing customer lifetime value.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Drive business targets through financial analysis and strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability, including SoGA across all segments.
  • Distribution Strategies: Coordinate, design, and oversee distribution strategies to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.
  • Performance Evaluation: Ongoing evaluation of segment and channel performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Rate Plans and Pricing: Design and drive the implementation of rate plans and pricing strategies to drive growth.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions based on market analysis and customer insights, in partnership with sales and segment marketing teams.


The Experience You’ll Bring

  • 10 or more years demonstrated experiences communicating and influencing at an executive level. This includes successful sponsorship leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with SVP+ level visibility and accountability.
  • Extensive B2B experience, effectively driving business growth, fostering strong client relationships, and leading teams toward achieving strategic business objectives in the B2B sector.
  • Motivational and inspirational leadership skills that drive high performance in an inclusive environment. This includes encouragement for cross-functional collaboration between departments, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s Degree; Masters Preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Washington Pay Range : $257,800.00 - $348,800.00

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
