Job Description
Leadership and Strategy:
Provide visionary leadership to the construction division, setting clear goals and strategies aligned with company objectives.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and increase profitability.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence throughout the division.
Operational Oversight:
Oversee all aspects of construction operations including project management, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
Implement best practices and process improvements to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.
Client and Stakeholder Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.
Act as a primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Team Development and Management:
Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of construction professionals.
Provide leadership and guidance to project managers, superintendents, and support staff.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and professional growth within the division.
Financial Management:
Monitor financial performance of projects and the division, ensuring profitability and cost control measures are in place.
Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of financial management, contract negotiation, and risk management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Experience in strategic planning, business development, and client relationship management.
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED AP) are a plus.
What's on Offer
Salary: $180,000 - $250,000
Compensation package is negotiable subject to experience.
