**Role Description**

We are seeking a visionary technical co-founder to join PostID as the Vice President of Engineering. This is a full-time, hybrid role that will be instrumental in shaping the technological future of our platform. As the VP of Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks associated with software development and product development, while also contributing to the strategic direction of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead the engineering team in developing and maintaining PostID's all-in-one platform

- Drive the technical strategy and roadmap to align with business goals

- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable architecture to support our growing user base

- Implement AI and machine learning solutions for data-driven insights and personalized strategies

- Develop and maintain integrations with social media APIs and other third-party services

- Ensure the platform's security, performance, and compliance with data protection regulations

- Collaborate with the product team to translate business requirements into technical specifications

- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence

**Qualifications**

- 8+ years of proven experience in software development and engineering management

- Strong background in full-stack development, with experience in either Fortune 500 or startup environments

- Expertise in AI, machine learning, and data analytics, particularly in the context of marketing technology

- Proficiency in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for scalable infrastructure

- Experience in developing SaaS platforms and integrating multiple services

- Strong knowledge of social media APIs and third-party integrations

- Familiarity with the influencer marketing landscape and creator economy technologies

- Experience implementing subscription models and revenue-sharing systems

- Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a growth mindset and adaptability

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience in the marketing content creation or social media sectors

- Knowledge of data protection regulations and security best practices

- Familiarity with implementing analytics systems for tracking platform performance and user engagement
