We are looking for a VP of Finance to work for our client located near Polaris. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor, and improve upon overall system of financial accounting
- Assess and evaluate financial performance of the organization
- Provide insight and recommendations related to operational goals and forecasts
- Define and implement key performance indicators and strategic objectives for the division and, as appropriate, the entire organization; facilitates measurement of those objectives, reporting results to the executive team
- Study long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share
- Oversee monthly financial closing process, forecasting, and annual budget preparation
- Lead Financials, Business Metrics, and Goals Reviews with leadership
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 8+ years demonstrated finance leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead a fast-paced global team with a strategic big picture mindset
- Experience with capturing, analyzing, and proactively delivering financial data and insights that maximize strategic decision-making
- Willingness to collaborate with a broad range of functional groups and understand their business processes, concerns, and requirements
- Effective communicator and influencer
