Job Description:

Lead our marketing and market development efforts at Ceribell that will drive programmatic growth and conversion of white space account opportunities. Build the team and culture to lead within Ceribell.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead critical market development programs
  • Develop strategies for new / improved market development programs in Acute Care NCSE
  • Report on progress and impact with plans to adapt
  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, HEMA, Commercial Operations to deploy programs
  • Build the marketing team and culture
  • Manage the budget and operations for marketing

Measurement of Success:

  • Execution on key programs for SSG and acquisition outcomes
  • Development of new programs to augment the current strategy
  • Successfully partnered with the sales and product teams

What We're Looking For

  • 10-15 years in marketing and market development
  • Medical device or healthcare industry experience is a plus
  • Experience leading small teams to deliver outsized impact
  • Analytically rigorous and detail oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA/MS preferred
  • Consulting or banking experience preferred

A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
