MAIN PURPOSE
Lead the marketing & communication strategy for IWC in North America.

YOU ARE
A highly experienced executive with 10+ years of experience in marketing and communications in the world of luxury. In your function you will lead the marketing and communications department and play a vital role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote the brand and drive sales growth. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of marketing and communications, both internally and externally, while supporting retail, wholesale, and e-commerce business channels. As a leader, you will be coaching, mentoring a cross functional team constituted of a Head of Communications and a Head of Trade Marketing & Events with A total of 8 talented professionals to achieve departmental objectives

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales for our products across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels in North America.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, print media, and events, to effectively reach our target audience and support sales efforts in all business channels.
- Lead on the maintenance of all efforts to increase brand awareness through strategic media planning, product placement and FOB strategy development and creative PR executions
- In North America
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and secure media coverage.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, retail, wholesale, and e-commerce to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across all business channels.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI in retail, wholesale, and e-commerce business channels.
- Lead the store planning process for all standalone owned stores and multibrand stores or partner stores.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics for each business channel and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in the yearly business planning process and A&P budget setting and management for reaching objectives and supporting the product launches in the market.
- Lead and mentor a team of 8 marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to drive their professional growth and success.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to develop effective retail, wholesale, and e-commerce marketing strategies, promotions, and campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and enhance our marketing strategies across all business channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA or Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing and communications roles, preferably in the luxury goods or high-end watch industry.
- Passionate about the luxury and watch industry with a strong understanding of the high-end watch market, customer behaviors, and industry trends.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of 8 marketing professionals.
- Excellent ability to adapt, dynamic and proactive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- At your core, a team player who is excited to shine, as well as empower and assist others to achieve success.
- Strong business analysis skills and logical mind-set.
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and content creation.
- Knowledge of influencer strategy and management
- Excellent analytical, budgeting, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Hands on attitude and team player with strong communication, interpersonal, project management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be solution oriented, entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working in a small team environment where self-sufficiency is essential.
- Curious in nature and always looking to question, learn, and look for better ways to achieve goals and targets
