VP of Marketing Operations (Remote, Agency)

Job Overview:The VP of Marketing Operations is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing post-sale delivery, managing performance marketing and sales teams, and driving efficient project management processes. This role focuses on enhancing the backend operations to ensure optimal service delivery, while continuously identifying opportunities to offer more value to clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing teams, processes, and workflows to scale operations for small and midmarket franchise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Post-Sale Delivery & Client Success: Ensure that post-sale processes are smooth and efficient, focusing on delivering high-quality services and identifying additional client needs to drive revenue growth.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage teams of performance marketers and sales professionals to achieve company goals. Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of accountability and success.
• Process, Workflow & Project Management: Develop and refine processes and workflows to ensure efficient delivery of services. Implement project management systems that enhance team collaboration and ensure timely delivery on client objectives.
• Performance Management: Oversee performance marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals and measurable ROI. Track KPIs and optimize strategies to improve outcomes for franchise clients.
• Backend Operations: Manage secondary backend processes, including systems integration, reporting, and technology enhancements, to streamline operations and improve client satisfaction.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for high-value clients, maintaining relationships and ensuring that services evolve with client needs. Collaborate with sales teams to upsell and expand service offerings.
