What You Will Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase our rotating equipment market share.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals across various territories.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts and industry partners.
- Implement robust sales strategies to drive business growth and improve overall sales performance.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in rotating equipment technology and market dynamics.
- Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales performance.
- Working closely with other departments, such as technical teams, to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
- A strong technical background allows the Sales Director to engage effectively with clients and engineers, establishing credibility and trust in discussions about complex rotating equipment.
- Extensive knowledge of rotating equipment products and applications.
- Technical knowledge is crucial for leading and mentoring the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary expertise to succeed in selling complex equipment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop assigned sales territories
- A deep understanding of rotating equipment technology helps stay abreast of industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards and codes.
- A master’s / bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Fundamentals of Engineering (FE License).
- Professional Engineering (PE License).
