We are seeking a VP of Sales to strategically drive our SaaS business from $5M to $10M in ARR. This role is suited for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the proptech sector.
Key Responsibilities
Spearhead SaaS business growth and scale ARR efficiently.
Oversee key metrics such as ARR, MRR, pipeline management, and deal closures.
Collaborate with executive teams to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
Lead robust negotiations and close deals, propelling growth in a competitive landscape.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a VP of Sales in a SaaS environment.
Documented success in scaling ARR from $5M to $10M.
In-depth knowledge of SaaS metrics and a strategic approach to sales.
B2B sales experience, preferably in the proptech industry.
Experience in home automation, property management, or hospitality/short-term rental industries highly desirable.
Compensation
Competitive salary split between 50% base and 50% uncapped commission.
