Role Overview We are looking for a self-driven and motivated Vice President of Product to set the vision, strategy and manage the delivery for the overall user experience including rewards and offers, payments, advertising and partners. You will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams across data, engineering, operations, sales and business development by clearly defining the product strategy that aligns with and achieves the broader company goals. You will lead 3-5 Product Leads, providing high-level guidance for their respective areas of responsibility including coaching and career development for your team. Key Responsibilities

• Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for GasBuddy's product offerings including rewards, payments, advertising, and partnerships.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Leads, providing guidance and support in their respective areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with company objectives.
• Drive product innovation through strategic planning and effective execution.
• Ensure continuous improvement and optimization of product features based on user feedback and data insights.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the product organization.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive product initiatives forward.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Experienced Product Leader: Proven track record in designing and delivering innovative consumer products with measurable business outcomes.
• Team Leadership: Skilled in leading high-performing, globally distributed teams, setting direction, and fostering collaboration to achieve common goals.
• Strategic Thinker: Data-driven with a strategic mindset to inform decisions and drive business strategies. Ability to leverage user research, performance tools and analysis to assess effectiveness of app design & functionality
• Digital Leader: Modern consumer app experience design, including the integration of behavior gamification, mobile commerce, 3rd party content integration, and data monetization models
• Problem Solver: Able to manage complex information and navigate ambiguity to effectively solve challenges collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across an organization
• Effective Communicator: Strong communicator who fosters open communication across all levels of an organization, internally and externally.
• Commercial Acumen: Understands business dynamics and profitability factors to drive product decisions driving revenue opportunities and managing expense drivers as part of overall product design
• Visionary: Drives engagement by setting a clear vision, taking calculated risks, and driving innovation.
