Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a highly self-motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our dynamic team in Hialeah, supporting the Aerospace industry. As part of our top-tier team, you will interact with leading companies in the aviation, medical, and manufacturing industries while gaining valuable experience and striving for excellence.

This is an onsite role, requiring you to work at our facility five days a week.

What You Will Do:

• Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including Shipping, Receiving, and Driving departments
• Lead and supervise warehouse employees, promoting a positive and productive work environment
• Identify, interview, hire, and train new staff members to build a strong, talented team
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and address conflicts among employees to maintain a harmonious work environment
• Recognize and nurture leadership potential among team members, supporting career growth and development
• Ensure the accurate acceptance and tracking of incoming tools and equipment in our database
• Maintain customer satisfaction by managing direct customer interactions and ensuring timely deliveries
• Organize and oversee equipment preparation for local deliveries and coordinate pickups and deliveries in the South Florida area
• Ensure all paperwork and data entry are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Oversee boxing and shipping processes via third-party couriers

What You Will Bring:

• A minimum of 3 years of warehouse management experience (required)
• Proven ability to identify, hire, and develop top talent, with strong leadership skills
• Experience in conducting performance reviews, addressing conflicts, and making strategic staffing decisions, including terminations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain excellent customer and employee relations
• A professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid state driver's license (must be at least 21 years old)
• A clean driving record within the past 5 years (required)
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs
• A high school diploma or equivalent (required)

Salary: $40,000-$65,000/year, exempt
