Warehouse Manager (warehouse Supervisory Exp. Req.) Description
Our client in the food and beverage industry is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee their operations in Nashville. You’ll manage each aspect of their warehouse including receiving and distribution, ensuring consistent and efficient operations. You’ll benefit from a smaller setting (10k sq. ft. with about $300k in inventory) where you can have more of an impact on their 23 team members. If you prefer a larger-scale environment with more organizational layers and less hands-on involvement, this would not be a good fit. However, if you identify as that player/coach who doesn’t want to manage behind a computer screen while still having an impact on workflow optimization, this could be perfect. Aside from a proven track record overseeing warehouse personnel, they’re looking for someone who will roll up their sleeves and help the team on the picking line. Someone who appreciates wearing different hats while working alongside leaders who truly care about the impact you’re making. Their growth has been substantial over the last few years and they’re looking for candidates who enjoy that pace. This is an environment where your ideas will be showcased with an industry leader that is constantly scaling up. Because of that growth, your potential is limitless. Don’t miss your chance to join a high-momentum yet mission-driven and philanthropic organization where you can have a meaningful career with people you’ll want to work with each day. You’ll have leadership that cares about who you are as a person and not just their bottom line.
