Brick Executive Search has partnered with an International Beauty Company . We are seeking a dedicated Web Content Manager who has strong expertise with website marketing, has partnered with developers and creative teams and is a data oriented team player with a passion for optimizing the UX for customers .


Responsibilities

  • Update website content to improve UX and conversion rates
  • Request, obtain, and launch content for campaigns including promotions, new product launches, sales, blog and PDPs
  • Traffic, QA and troubleshoot as needed in partnership with Web Developer
  • Install plug-ins as needed (e.g. for subscription plans), determine best landing page for various marketing channels to drive traffic to and manage the UX and maintain website ongoing
  • Support campaign launch needs across additional marketing channels driving to the website, including EMail, SMS, Video Ads, Pop ups, Print Ads , Display Banner Ads, Amazon and other channels
  • Work with creative team to request and obtain necessary creative assets for each campaign
  • Organize campaign briefs, adding and sharing creative and copywriting direction with designers
  • Develop marketing calendar, updating ongoing and managing execution and traffic needs for each campaign
  • Compile campaign briefs with dates, offer details, target audience, messaging and supporting marketing channels
  • Partner with cross functional teams, ensuring accountability to meet deadlines
  • Monitor and analyze web traffic success metrics and campaign recaps
  • Compile and share reporting ongoing, identifying solutions to improve traffic, bounce rates, sales,

Skills

  • Strong technical expertise across website platforms and tools
  • 2-4 years experience with Shopify or other Ecommerce platforms & tools (such as Shopify,
  • Magento, Squarespace or WooCommerce)
  • Coding experience a plus
  • Experience managing Shopify Theme Editor and Google Tag Manager and installing plug-ins
  • Ability to problem solve technical, process and partnership challenges as needed
  • Excellent partnership and collaboration with developers
  • Expertise with Ecommerce website best practices, industry benchmarks and familiarity with coding
  • Understanding of industry benchmarks to meet goals
  • Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, manage deadlines and prioritize
  • Excellent communication and accountability to seamlessly launch campaigns under tight timelines
  • Ability to manage teams and multiple campaigns at once; familiar with project management tools such as Monday.com and Basecamp
  • Comfortable pulling, consolidating and analyzing website traffic and user engagement metrics
  • Familiar with KPIs and benchmarks for metrics including sales, ROAS, CVR, traffic, bounce rates
  • Able to pull reporting via tools including Google Analytics, Shopify and Hotjar
  • Given a small company size, responsibilities may expand beyond website marketing, including other marketing channels ( e.g.Email, SMS, Paid Media )
