The Campus Director is a critical member of our ministry by providing leadership through the implementation of the transformation model and employee development. This role manages the evaluation and development of processes and operating procedures while collaborating with services and administrative teams to ensure personalized services delivery.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Implements the transformation model
Manages the daily operations of the campus
Facilitates methods to track client’s progress against their personalized service plan
Collaborates with the Vice President to develop strategic plan to execute services
Provides team the vision, direction, and development needed to execute on operating plans
Communicates regularly with team members to review progress, gather insights and provide coaching
Collaborates with team members and others on issues and projects relevant to operational support and client experience
Selects new hires, develops, and evaluates team members while building a collaborative culture
Identifies and implements best practices and new approaches to increase effectiveness
Attends mission-wide meetings and training as appropriate
Performs other duties as assigned

Position Requirements
Experience in a homeless shelter or similar environment
Strong relational skills ability to reach people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
Driven to continuously identify opportunities to improve client experience and operational results
Business, project management, and financial acumen that transfers to effective operational planning and resourcing
Ability to quickly navigate ambiguity to identify best practices and new approaches to enhance client experience and operational effectiveness
Communication skills that create positive impact and engagement (written, verbal and presentations)
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
Strong Crisis intervention skills
Efficient with Microsoft Office applications
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is constant
Physical Requirements
Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position (standing, walking and sitting)
Must have the ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment, such as a copy machine, calculator and computer printer
Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Must be able to ascend/descend stairs
Must be able to distinguish, determine, detest taste or smell
Must be able to communicate accurate information
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 10lbs
