- Mastermind seamless operations, from amenity bookings, mail delivery and seamless access to our of our amenities.
- Forge a sense of community, surpassing tenant expectations at every turn.
- Liaise with third-party operators like fitness centers, restaurants, and conferencing teams.
- Collaborate to drive revenue, craft compelling programming, and market our amenities.
- Design a warm, welcoming experience that wows tenants and guests alike.
- Tap into tenant needs, working with our team to blow their expectations away.
- Gather feedback, tackle issues head-on, and elevate our offerings.
- Command IT, vendors, and logistics like a pro.
- Maintain pristine tenant areas, front-desks, bars, pantry, and storage areas.
- Track supplies, budgets, and feedback like a hawk.
- Manage room bookings and inquiries with lightning speed.
- Host dazzling tours and onboard tenants with ease.
- Partner with property management to address every need.
- Collaborate with the WSA teams to craft engaging programming.
- Oversee event logistics, ensuring a flawless experience.
- Measure success, identifying areas to elevate further.
- Connect tenants with all WSA services.
- Ensure the Water Lounge shines, with controlled access and sparkling cleanliness.
