Responding to change

A common change that happens when a team starts implementing Agile is that they get nervous to deliver something that is less than ideal to what their stakeholder is hoping to see. So they have a fear of running into failure, of facing failure. But leaders need to be prepared to give strength to their team and to say, We're going to work on this piece by piece, and if we fail at something, it's a small failure and we're going to jump right back and we're going to make it better. So that's a common change that happens, is that teams will become more fearful of failure in the beginning, but also it's because they have a lack of understanding that they can fail and they can do things better in the future. When we talk about change and being okay with failure, it's very easy for leaders to say it's okay if you fail, I trust you. We're going to jump back from it.
