- [Instructor] Ideas that came from the Lean movement are still used in Agile environments, and there are some popular terms that you need to be familiar with. The most popular is minimum viable product, also known as MVP. Minimum viable product is the idea that we only need to create enough of our product to ensure we can get feedback from our customers on our main question or hypothesis. So for example, if we're a company wanting to make a new type of pizza, we first need only to create the new type of pizza and get feedback on how customers like it. No effort should be put into the name of our company, the logo, the branding, the packaging, et cetera. All of that is wasted effort for the most immediate question we have which is "Do people like this pizza?"
