- [Narrator] Your Android requires a Google account. It was set up when you first configured the device. Like me, you probably have other online accounts, Mail, Outlook, and social networking. To add these accounts, open the Settings app which is found in the apps drawer. Choose the Accounts item, which on this device is titled Passwords & accounts. On Samsung devices, in their Settings app, you choose Accounts and backup, then Manage accounts. Here's my Google account plus other accounts, mostly social media. To add a new account, you tap Add account. Choose the type of account from the list. For internet mail, you would choose Personal (IMAP). Then you walk through the steps to complete the process which includes supplying your account name and password. That's pretty much it. If an account type isn't listed here, you can install the associated app. For example, my Yahoo account, I use Yahoo Mail, I've installed the…
