Modify your behavior to reduce your carbon footprint

- With all the activities we do on a daily basis, it's easy to forget something that we have in the schedule. That's why it's so important to plan out all the activities we've identified to reduce our digital carbon footprint. I mentioned before that I set myself a daily alarm to remember to switch off my computer every night. I also include in my agenda the activities that I'm doing every week to achieve my goal of reducing the conversations and the files that I have in WhatsApp. Use your daily planner to list those activities that are important to remember, and then make them part of your digital cleanliness routine. If you need more help with this than just a digital diary, you can use the alarm clock on your mobile phone to set reminders for yourself or when you need to do certain activities, or use a timer if you already know how much time you want to spend on something. You can use apps such as OneNote or Google Keep to have all the information and activities of your plan in one place, and then set reminders to implement those activities regularly. If you have any tips or best practices for implementing the changes you want to make, please share them in the Q&A section of this course.
