- [Instructor] Let's use a spreadsheet to create a quarterly plan for our project. I've used this technique many times when I was developing projects in my engineering management career and typically I would do it by the quarter or the year. And so let's build this one to be Q4 2020. And next I will put the weeks here. So this would be the week by week schedule and there's going to be 12 weeks approximately in a quarter. It doesn't have to be perfect, but let's just, you know, throw these in here. And you can see this is approximately 10/01 and roughly, you know, towards the end of the year here we've got this last week here. So once I've got the weeks set up, the next thing that I would do is potentially build it into components. And let's say that I have, you know, maybe the back end would go here and then maybe the front end would go here. If it's a simple app, you could just collapse this into one piece. And then…
