- Congratulations on getting to this next stage of your international expansion. You've examined and prioritized the information you need about your customers and the context of your target country, And now it's time to evaluate your options for how to grow in that new territory. So let's start by looking at a few of the potential revenue models you could use for growth. The first is a web-based approach involving affiliates where the third parties promote your products and services via links on their websites and you pay them a sales commission. The advantage of this option is that it's straightforward to administer and doesn't require you to spend a large budget setting up offices or hiring staff in the international market.
