Gain valuable customer intelligence on account pages
- How do you earn your buyer's trust and show them that you understand their business? You ask relevant and insightful questions and you do this through intelligent research. Let's take a look at account pages to see what you can uncover to prepare you for your next conversation. As you can see, I'm in my Account Hub here. Now, before reaching out to a company, I want to get more intelligence by clicking into an account profile. Let's choose Microsoft. Simply click on the name of the company. In the top section of this account profile, we immediately get access to a lot of information and by clicking into view more details on the right, this side panel appears to give me a complete overview of what the company has shared on their LinkedIn profile page. Back in the account profile, we can see in the top section of the profile how many employees work at the organization have LinkedIn profiles and to the right we can also see how many people in this organization match those tailored personas that we created earlier. Now you can add notes to this account, notes that you take may be private, which are for my eyes only, or public notes, which are visible to everyone on your Sales Navigator contract, which is very helpful when collaborating with your colleagues. And if your CRM is integrated with Sales Navigator, your notes will be synced to your CRM. So we're keeping that information aligned in all the different tools. Now scrolling down to our next section. Here we have Account IQ, which is an AI powered summary to help you quickly prep and research an account. It provides an overview of how the company makes their money, strategic priorities, high key areas this business is focused on, and where they have placed their energy at the overall organizational level. Scrolling down, we see business challenges and these spotlight the most important strategic issues facing the business. To the right, Account IQ will present key individuals at this organization as well as what those executives are talking about on LinkedIn to get a sense of what is top of mind for them, while competitive landscape provides an overview of the industry that the account operates in and the key competitors they face. Headcount insights emphasizes parts of the business that are growing and what parts may be shrinking based on data found on LinkedIn. While related news over here in the right hand corner pulls the most up-to-date information on key company news and articles from around the globe. For complete transparency, each section in Account IQ provides you with a list of sources for the information provided, allowing you to dig deeper, if needed. Now, as a reminder, my goal here is to get relevant insights that will fuel the conversations that I have with this account. We have previously seen buyer intent that gives you an insight into the level of interest being displayed in your company and in my scroll down, we get to the buyer intent score, which tells me the type of actions that have contributed to this score and when you add in the buyer activities below, you can begin to validate the quality of that intent as well as understand the identities of the individuals taking those actions. Below that section, we see growth insights organized into employee count, distribution and head count, new hires, and job openings, along with personas. These insights show you how a company is growing or changing, for example, if you're seeing that some departments are growing more than others, that can help you craft some great questions you might want to ask. Below our growth insight sections, we see other accounts highlighted to us. Now this is based on accounts sharing similarities with the account you're viewing and what other users have viewed. And in the final section here, you can see account alert section where all those updates and news about this company and its people will help you keep up to date with what's happening. So you can see the account page is a goldmine of valuable insights and nuggets of information that help you to present yourself as a credible, informed, and valued business partner.
