- There are volumes of books and an abundance of research on leadership style and theories. And ultimately, every leader has their signature leadership style and voice. But how do you adapt that to find your virtual leadership style and voice. In this lesson, I will share a few common styles, and how they can translate to your virtual leadership style. First, values-driven leadership requires that you understand your values and how they align with your company's core values. Then, look through the lens of these values to make the right decisions. Hopefully, your company has clearly articulated values that are understood throughout the organization. Ensure that your employees are living those values and not just visiting them when they think someone is watching. Hire to your and the company's values, not just to experience and expertise.
