Start a meeting on demand
- [Instructor] Meetings in Teams let you have face-to-face conversations with people who are not in the same location. You can start a meeting on demand at any time, or you can schedule meetings in advance. In this video, we'll see on demand meetings. So you can do this from two different places, and one option is to start a meeting from the calendar section. I'll click the calendar button in the sidebar on the left to go to the calendar, and up at the top, I'll click the button that says meet now, and I'll click start meeting. This takes me to the screen where I can double check my audio and video settings and then when I'm ready, I can click join now. That will start a meeting, I'm the only person who's in this meeting so far. So the first thing you may want to do is invite somebody else to join the meeting.
